Today people across the UK people will struggle to feed themselves and their families.  Redundancy, illness, domestic violence, debt, benefit dispute or delay, family breakdown and paying for expected bill or emergency are just some of the reasons why people find themselves in need.

 

Manna is a local charity in the Borough of Spelthorne, supporting local families and individuals who are referred to us by agencies, both statutory and voluntary, and perceived as being in emergency need of food and household essentials.  

 

Manna is local charity of volunteers helping local people in need.  Manna receives most of the food we provide to clients via donation.  We are reliant on the local community to donate food we can then give to clients.

 

Manna can provide help to anyone resident in Spelthorne.  We work with other food banks in Spelthorne to ensure local food banks are serving local people.

 

Manna was started by a committee of people from Spelthorne working together in order to support our local community.
